At Mila & Rose®, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your return package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the tracking information is retained for your records.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned merchandise, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
